With more than 25 years of leadership experience across the automotive aftermarket and tire service sectors, Broderick brings a proven track record of executing business transformation strategies, enhancing customer experiences and delivering sustainable financial performance.
Prior to joining ATD, Broderick served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Monro, Inc., where he led one of the nation's largest automotive service and tire providers through strategic and operational initiatives. Before Monro, he served as Executive Vice President of Merchandising and Store Operations Support at Advance Auto Parts.
Earlier in his career, Broderick served as Senior Vice President of the Automotive Division at Canadian Tire Corporation, CEO of Federal-Mogul Corporation, and President of General Parts. He began his career with AutoZone, where he spent 16 years in a variety of field and operational leadership roles, including Vice President of the company's Northeast Division.
