How we give back
As a catalyst for positive change, we work to serve our communities in a number of ways. Within ATD, we support our associates who are going through difficult times. More broadly, we give back to our nation's everyday heroes — our brave first responders, active military, and veterans. We also support our communities in times of disaster. We think of it as three pillars of support.

Disaster Relief
We support disaster relief efforts when our communities need us the most.
Our 501(c)(3) weCare Associate Relief Fund is funded through corporate and associate contributions. This supports our associates when emergencies and difficult situations arise. Helping our associates when they experience unexpected hardships is one way we foster the change we envision for a better world.
