You will become very familiar with our Spark platform. This is not just for onboarding; we use this platform for training every day. Constant touch base and reminders for education is key. We encourage associates to answer 5 quick daily questions about the business, products, company bylaws and more. With the expansive learning catalog of over 100 sessions and videos, you will be very equipped to start your ATD path for success.
