We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, or GSA SmartPay.

Payment terms are Net 30 days to concerns whose credit has been established with us; those who are rated (1 or 2) in Dun & Bradstreet; government institutions and agencies; and to most schools and organizations. No C.O.D’s.

Customers who want to establish credit with ATD may Contact Us. Fax application to 800-283-7363. All orders subject to credit approval.

Orders from private individuals must be a minimum of $100 and charged on a credit card.

Leasing is also available.

Delinquent accounts are subject to a 1-1/4% monthly service charge (15% per annum) on any unpaid balance plus collection costs.

All prices (unless Free Shipping is included) are FOB shipping point and do not include shipping charges. This means that you are responsible for all freight charges. Freight carrier's normal shipping charges are for tailgate delivery only. Additional charges apply for inside delivery.

Prices do not include taxes. If tax exempt, please fax a copy of your certificate to 866-523-2300 Attn: Credit Manager.

Shipping Charges: Unless Free Shipping is included, shipping charges are additional and will be added to your shopping cart. In order to save you money, all merchandise is shipped direct from our nearest available factory. Charges are based on the expected weight and size of your products as well as the distance from the factory to your facility. Because we make thousands of shipments a year, we are able to negotiate the best rates with the most reputable trucking companies and we pass these huge discounts on to you.

Many items are shipped via small package carriers such as UPS. Larger and heavier items are shipped via common freight carriers.

After you have placed all of your items in your shopping cart, insert your destination's zip/postal code in the Shipping Calculator section at the bottom of the cart and click on the “Calculate” button. Your total shipping charges will appear. These are the exact charges that will also appear on your invoice or credit card statement.

To obtain charges for shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states or overseas, call 888-283-2378 ext. 5924.

Tailgate Delivery: Most large products are shipped tailgate delivery. Your merchandise will be delivered to your location and the driver will bring the items to the tailgate (back) of the truck. It is your responsibility to unload and bring the product inside your facility unless you specify “inside delivery.”

Inside Delivery: If “inside delivery” is required for larger and heavier products, the truck driver will bring the merchandise inside your facility for an additional charge. (Note that all small package carriers such as UPS will bring items inside your building at no additional charge.)

If you require "inside delivery", check the box in question 2 on the shipping information page. "Inside delivery" charges will be added to the total shipping charges listed at the end of the shopping cart.

Telephone Notification: If you need telephone notification before delivery, check “yes” in Shipping Information Section of the shopping cart. Please enter contact name and daytime phone number in space provided. Freight carrier will notify you one business day before delivery of the approximate arrival time. (Telephone notification is not available for UPS or FedEx Ground service.)

Worldwide Delivery: ATD can deliver your order to almost any location worldwide, on every continent. Delivery methods include UPS, air freight and ocean freight. ATD always selects the least expensive method of delivery that meets your requirements. Export documentation will be prepared for every order.

Ships Via UPS: Merchandise is delivered by UPS, a small package carrier.

Ships Via Truck: Merchandise is delivered by one of our low cost large package carriers.

Shipping Time: Products are either Quick Ship Available or Standard Delivery. Please refer to the “Quick Facts” section on each product page to determine the shipping time.

In Stock In Stock items ship direct from our factories within 1 week

Quick Ship Available: Quick Ship items ship direct from our factories within 2 weeks.

Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery items ship direct from our factories within 3 to 4 weeks.

ATD works closely with our factories and carriers to prevent product damage. However, when your shipment arrives, please do the following:

1. Examine all cartons carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
2. Note any damages, shortages or distortion of any kind to the cartons, on the delivery receipts.
3. If there is any damage, contact our ATD freight claims department for assistance within 10 days of delivery.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to ATD. Orders cancelled after production begins may be subject to 25% restocking charges. Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to round-trip shipping charges and 25% restocking charges. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

No returned merchandise will be accepted unless you first obtain a return authorization from ATD-AMERICAN CO. Returns must be made within 45 days in the original factory cartons. Returns are subject to round-trip shipping charges and 25% restocking charges. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
